Innovations that windows 8 will bring

Publicly leaked details about the big changes that Microsoft prepares for Windows Phone 8 operating system designed for mobile devices.
The platform currently being developed under the codename "Apollo", will support dual and quad processors, new resolutions on the display (four), micro SD cards and integration with Skype.

Windows Phone 8 will be based on the Windows 8 kernel, not the previous versions. This should not distort the compatibility of applications developed so far, and Microsoft expects over 100.000 Windows Phone 7.5 compatible applications at the time when WP8 will be launched.

According Pocketnow, WP8 will offer greater choice of hardware in mobile devices that will use, integration with SkyDrive, Skype will be integrated into the operating system, there will be a BitLocker encryption, a user can perform mobile payments via NFC and Wallet
The exact date of launch has not been announced but is expected to be shortly after the launch of Windows 8, whose desktop version will be connected in many ways and shared integrated ecosystems.
