WordPress 2.0 for Android has a new UI and is optimized for Tablet PC

The new 2.0 version of the WordPress application for Android has a new interface, easier editing of blog posts and can be used on Tablet PCs as Motorola Xoom or Asus EEE Pad.

Platform for blogging has introduced a new Dashboard interface that should facilitate editing blogs via mobile, and who has a new blue track that displays new comments. There is a new Action Bar that helps quickly switching between blog posts and it has new options for formatting text.

WordPress in a blog post says that the interface and the text editor are optimized for tablet computers for easier review. On the tablet computers pages and comments will be shown on a list on the left, while the text will be displayed on most of the screen.
