Tim Cook before being appointed CEO, was director of operations at Apple. Before joining Apple, he worked at Compaq and IBM. According to those who know him, Tim Cook is addicted to work that even in the sundays have  meetings with employees to prepare for Monday, constantly eating chocolate energy, but although talented in his work, however, has not proven visionary, although normally would be difficult to replace Steve Jobs.
