SoundCloud presented the new HTML5 widget
SoundCloud, an audio sharing platform, last week launched its own version of the iPad, and from now also has HTML5 widget that will allow access to any SoundCloud from any device. The current widget was made in Flash, and thus can not be used on iPad and iPhone.
New HTML5 widget is completely redesigned, allowing greater interactivity with audio, better visibility of information on audio, easier sharing of social networks, and reviews are easier to use and read. Also now is far more stable and use much less memory and less consumption of power. The new widget is still in beta.
The new widgets currently works only for web sites and blogs, and if you want to integrate audio with the new HTML5 widget, you can do it by clicking on the button Share, then Customize player, select HTML5 on the tabs, set your player as you want to look and copy the code on your website or blog.
