Samsung seeks to ban sales of iPhone and iPad in the Netherlands

 

Samsung asks Dutch court to ban Apple to sell their iPhone smart phones and iPad tablet PCs in the Netherlands. According Guardian , Samsung bases his claim that U.S. companies do not pay for the license to use 3G mobile technology.

Samsung in a court in The Hague has filed four lawsuits against Apple for infringement of patents, and has asked the court until the court cases continue to prohibit to sell Apple's mobile devices that use 3G technology to the Korean company. Under this requirement is likely to enter a new iPhone5. The final response to the court whether to ban sales of iPhone and iPad will be known on 14 October. Four separate lawsuits will continue until November 17.

The two tech giants are involved in more than 20 lawsuits worldwide. Samsung's move is only part of the defense against the large number of lawsuits that Apple has filed against them. Korean company had earlier threatened to seek to ban sales of the new iPhone in South Korea. Apple has managed to ban sales of Samsung products in the Netherlands, Germany and some other countries, because of complaints managed to delay the sale of Tablet PC Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
