Release SOCOM 4 moved to 2011

Studio Zipper Interactive has confirmed that the new part of the military shooter SOCOM 4: US Navy SEALs for the PlayStation 3 does not come until next year. The developers needed more time to create the "best and realistic game SOCOM". This was written in a blog on the official game site manager for public relations Zipper Interactive Jeremy Dunham (Jeremy Dunham).

The game will take place in Southeast Asia near the Malacca Strait. In six days the players, the Commander of a platoon of five NATO soldiers, to protect the international trade channel from the local revolutionary groups. Multiplayer tactical shooter will fight simultaneously 32 players.

Earlier it was reported that SOCOM 4 will be released in autumn 2010 on the PlayStation 3. Working version of the game was shown at exhibitions and GDC E3, held this year. Shooter will support the new controller PlayStation Move, which will go on sale this fall. On the release date SOCOM 4 in the next year are not reported.
