Since the beginning of 2012 Intel WiDi service for the first time in the TV industry will be fitted to models LG CINEMA 3D Smart TVs. Intel WiDi is an interface for wireless connection, which enables simultaneous screening of high-quality content from the notebook computer and other mobile devices to external TVs, monitors or projector. Thus users can see for example, videos from YouTube channel on CINEMA 3D screens with high resolution and without a complicated bunch of cables.

"With this partnership, users of LG CINEMA 3D Smart TV will be able on simplest and easiest way to reach more quality content," said Seog-ho Ro, vice president of business unit for TVs at LG Home Entertainment Company

Intel WiDi does not require the existence of an active wireless internet or WiFi connection to transmit content between mobile devices and external CINEMA 3D Smart TVs.

As well, Intel WiDi technology will not block the work of your mobile device during the transfer of content in real time. Users can do all operations on their notebook computers and tablet while the content simultaneously transferred to CINEMA 3D TVs.

Premiere of the latest advanced technologies of Smart TVs, LG Electronics and Intel will present on the fair for consumer electronics (Consumer Electronics Show - CES) in January 2012.
