Hackers have promised to revive Newzbin
In March 2010 a British court ruled that the search engine Newzbin violate copyrights. The reason for this decision was the complaint filed by the Association filmmakers (MPA). This organization defends the rights of the largest film studios, including 20th Century Fox, Universal Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount, Disney and Columbia Pictures. The court ordered Newzbin stop indexing movies and TV shows in which the rights belong to the members of the MPA. Also, search engine ordered to pay court costs of the association, which led to the closure of the resource. Writes DeepSharer, provisional amount of the fine without an order of the damage amounts to 230 thousand pounds.
