HTC lost the battle with Apple for patent

The manufacturer of mobile phones HTC loses patent battle led with Apple in United States. International Trade Commission finds that HTC has violated the rights of Apple in the case of a patent.

It is a small interface called "data tapping" that allows to use existing information as telephone numbers and dial them.

HTC is the fourth largest manufacturer of mobile phones in the world. HTC phones runs on the operating system of Google, Android, a though Apple is untouchable in the U.S. market, Android phones in the world market are becoming more popular.
