For 18 months we will see Dropbox buttons everywhere, says founder Houston

In order to justify and use the new investment of 250 million dollars, then Dropbox with its 45 million users now worth $ 4 billion, the company is now preparing to conquer the Web.

Following the example of social networks, Dropbox will start buttons on all sites. The idea behind the buttons is not to use for sharing  on social networks, but data storage on  various devices and access to data from anywhere.

"For me the challenge is whether you are ready for the type of storage in the future, right? The future of where I will store all data. " , аsks the founder of Dropbox, Drew Houston in an interview with TechCrunch.

The idea behind Dropbox keys is that they will help to take and store the various data that reproduce on various services. For example if you take photo with Instagram and upload pictures on Facebook, Then Dropbox can take the pictures that up to that moment are scattered on the network, perhaps to another service, and store in your Dropbox cloud  so you can access them from anywhere and share them from any device.
