Favorite city in 3D - Nokia City Scenes
Nokia presented the new application, City Scenes, that introduces a new way to explore cities and searching information. Speaking of 3D maps, Google street view is probably the first thing that comes to mind. The application is developed by Nokia Research Center, uses NAVTEQ street imagery technology and currently provides a number of 3D cities in the United States.
Attracts attention and excellent integration with social networks that show where your friends are logged on at the moment through Foursqare and Facebook. It may be examined and if your friends have left thinking about the physical locations they visited. At the time the application is still in beta and is available only for N9 models that are based on MeeGo, but Nokia plans to expand rapidly. Although it is early to speak of mass adaptation and use of such technology mapping, you can assume that something similar will see in the near future, integrated as a major addition to our smart phones.
