Android sold more than double then iPhone
Nielsen, a company that deals with research of consumer habits in a new report revealed that in the past three months are sold twice more Android phones than iPhone phones. According to Nielsen , the United States in the past three months, from June to September, the total number of smart phones sold, 58 percent were Adroid devices, while 28 percent of the devices were either sold iPhone4 or iPhone 3GS. Of the total number of smart phones sold in a given period only 9 percent were BlackBarry. Based upon the operating system in August, 43 percent of smart phones use Android, 28 percent iOS, and 18 percent BlackBerry. Although Android has an advantage before iPhone, still need to take the fact that the iPhone is just one phone from only one manufacturer, while Android can be found on many models from several manufacturers. So if you see this fact, then you can conclude that the iPhone actually brings far more income for Apple than Android phones for any manufacturer. Plus, the new iPhone will contribute to even greater financial growth of Apple.
