Acer Iconia Tab A100 (Wi- Fi)

Acer Iconia Tab A100 is a new and megapupularen 7 inch tablet pc and went into operation nine months after Acer announced that it will engage in a race with Tablet PCs. This is the first 7 inch tablet of Acer working on Android 3.2, unlike his predecessor Iconia Tab A500 which was 10 inch and worked on Android 3.0. There are two versions of the new tablet kopmjuter: Iconia Tab A100 with Wi-Fi and Iconia Tab A101 which is identical to the A100 in that SIM has 3G support.

The new A100 contains Nvidia Tegra 2 processor with maximum clock rate from 1000MHz. Also CPU has support of Nvidia GeForce GPU with Flash 10.1. Dimensions of Iconia Tab A100 are 195х13.1х117mm with a weight of 450 grams and can easily fit in a pocket. The screen resolution is 1024х600 pixels. The device has 1080p video support, 512MB RAM and 8GB of internal memory. There is also a microSD slot for memory cards for more memory space. 

The edge is connected to headphones and on / off switch, and the other end has a twin speaker, charging connector, USB and HDMI ports.

The reverse has a 5 megapixel camera, 2 megapixel webcam, and also the device has included Dolby Mobile for enhanced audio output. The initial display screen has icons for games, multimedia, eReading Social and applications. 

For networking use wireless LAN, Bluetooth 2.1 and GPS. For input is use virtual QWERTY keyboard. As for the battery if the device is in standby most of the time, the battery can withstand something more than 8 hours. When surfing the WLAN, the battery can last up to 5 hours, and at maximum utilization of multiple applications and maximum brightness battery lasts up to 3 hours and 45 minutes. 

Acer did a good job with the new tablet PC and it successfully joined the market for tablet computers for acceptable prices and good performance of the devices.
